About the role: As a Customer Support Intern , you will be the first point of contact for students and partners. You will play a key role in supporting users by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction. Stipend Offered: - 15k per month Location: - In office (Pune) Key Responsibilities Respond to student queries over email, chat, and calls with professionalism and empathy. Guide students through the accommodation search and booking process. Collaborate with property partners to resolve availability, booking, and contract-related queries. Maintain detailed logs of interactions in CRM tools and ticketing systems. Proactively identify user pain points and suggest process improvements. Support the operations team during peak seasons to ensure quick turnaround times. Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues and student concerns. Help optimize FAQ content and support documentation based on real interactions. What We’re Looking For Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A proactive, customer-first mindset with high empathy. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Past internship or work experience in customer support, operations, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
