Title: Project Manager Location: Mumbai Mode: Work From Office Experience: 5+ years Scope of Work – Project Manager (UGVCL AMI Project) Monthly Cloud Provisioning : Coordinate and provision cloud infrastructure as per the confirmed monthly deployment plan shared by the Client. Network & Security Support : Assist in provisioning network and security policies upon receipt of requirements from the Client. Stabilization Period Support : Act as the Client’s point of contact for newly deployed VMs for 1 month post handover (stabilization period). After this, support transitions to the Operations team. Post-Stabilization Support : Post-stabilization, Clients must raise support tickets via email or MNP portal and directly coordinate with the NTT Operations Manager, Mr. Sadashiva G. Project Tracking : Share project progress trackers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Client Interaction : Be available for calls or web meetings with the Client team during India working hours (9 AM – 6 PM) .
