**Job Title:** Customer Support and Operations Executive **Location:** Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Full-time, in-office) **Salary:** ₹28,000–₹30,000 per month **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Support:** Handle queries across email, social media (Instagram DMs), WhatsApp, and phone. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses. 2. **Order Management:** Resolve order issues, track shipments, process returns/exchanges, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery. 3. **CRM Maintenance:** Log customer interactions, update profiles, and maintain accurate records. 4. **Feedback & Reporting:** Collect customer feedback and highlight recurring issues for improvement. 6. **After-Sales Support:** Assist customers with product guidance and post-purchase support. 7. **Collaborative Support:** Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve processes and customer experience. **Qualifications:** - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **About Manetain:** Manetain is a homegrown brand empowering the curly hair community with innovative products and exceptional customer care.
