For additional information about the Wella Company please visit THE ROLE The e-Commerce operations role will be handling E2E operations management for identified platforms and partners by working collaboratively with cross functional teams internally and retailer teams externally, enabling the brands to achieve their objectives. The individual will be responsible for overall business and fundamentals delivery, improvement in operational efficiencies and managing special projects for the overall team related to building and developing on data and analytics abilities of the E-Commerce team, developing and executing forecasts, project managing new initiatives across content, performance marketing and new avenues of growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-end operational management – liasoning with the supply chain team, managing PO flows, appointments, fill rates, stock situations Leading data and analytics for the Ecommerce Team – work on developing data dashboards, work with 3P agencies on analysing regional / pan India demand, promo plans, stock forecasts and provide actionable insights to the KAMs. Setting up SOPs for all new activities including new product / range launches and owning the execution of such new launches along with KAMs across all major E-Commerce platforms Work independently in building from scratch a new digital initiative for the organization – project management across work flows, dealing with vendors, liasoning with global counterparts and creating a chassis for growth for the future KEY REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years’ experience in a consumer facing company in the retail / tech space In depth knowledge of working with big data sets, analytics tools, and making data based decisions Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and translate the company/brand strategy to retailer. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence top levels across Wella and the customer organization Ability to understand & use data, generate insights and make data-based decisions.
