Location : Electronic city, Bengaluru Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with business strategy. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key insights. Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning. Monitor key financial and business KPIs, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, business heads) for data gathering and strategic alignment. Support cost optimization initiatives and profitability analysis across business units. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and financial reporting standards.
