Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and client ensuring a smooth relationship 2. Ensure accurate monthly accounting, monthly closing and MIS as per client deadlines 3. Ensure all GST compliances and monthly GST reconciliation 4. Ensure all TDS Compliances and monthly reconciliation. 5. Monthly payroll processing and all related compliances 6. Be the primary point of contact for statutory audit and ensure smooth completion before due dates 7. Be the primary point of contact for Investor due diligence as and when required 8. Ensure all investor queries are handle appropriately and in a timely Requirements: 1. Qualified CA with 1-2 years’ experience or CA inter with 5-7 years’ experience 2. Shall have prior experience of working with or in a startup. 3. In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST / TDS etc) 4. In- depth practical knowledge of Zoho, Tally, payroll software’s 5. Experience in preparing and filing of returns under GST / TDS / TARCES / PF / PT etc 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. 8. Proficiency in MS Office suite. 9. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
