Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team at Xoxoday, working on our enterprise loyalty product. As an individual contributor, you will take full ownership of delivering features end-to-end. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond just writing feature specs—it’s about seeing features through from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities : Own and manage the entire product feature lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Develop deep expertise in customer needs and align features to provide impactful solutions. Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from internal and external sources to continuously improve product functionality. Take responsibility for driving feature execution from the front—hands-on involvement is a must. Requirements : 2-4 years of total experience in a product role or with combination of either technology or design. Hands-on experience working as a developer or designer within an organization is essential. Experience as a founder or co-founder, regardless of the company size, will be given preference. Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects independently, from ideation to execution. A strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building exceptional products. Ability to work from our Bangalore office in a hybrid mode.
