Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations. Develop a deep understanding of client's business needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management or sales Experience in selling services to Indian banking customers (BFSI), banking industry is mandatory Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite General technical knowledge with software solutions that leverage API’s, low code applications, UI/UX design and business process automation solutions.
