Tech or Engineering degreeTechnical aptitude & willingness to learn the latest in-demand technology skills HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Data Science.Excellent English writing and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation to learn and growNice to Have (will be a plus): Exposure to Online Learning or mentoringJob Responsibilities:The Online Learning Mentors are expected to run & manage online learning programs and support our online customers and learners through email, discussion boards, chat, and calls. This role involves working closely with internal teams such as product, development, SMEs, and vendors in India & USA to provide solutions to online customers.Typical responsibilities include:Continuously upskill on online learning program technologies, skills, and conceptsManage online learning programs & run learning processes for global online learnersMentor and assist learners on technologies, skills, and concepts taught in online coursesCollaborate with course owners & authors to discuss and resolve learners' issues
