That’s where you come in.What You’ll Own - Performance Ads Assist in setting up, running, and optimizing Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads Focus on improving CTR, CPC, CAC, and overall lead quality -Landing Pages & Funnels Collaborate on Framer/Webflow/Canva-based landing pages for new collections and lead-gen Optimize WhatsApp click-through flows, forms, and popups -Lead Nurturing & CRM Run and improve lead journeys using WhatsApp (Doubletick), Brevo or Apollo Segment and automate campaigns for brides-to-be, wedding planners, and stylists -Analytics & Reporting Track leads from ad → WhatsApp → showroom visit → sale Maintain dashboards to monitor conversion and ROI -Growth Experiments Test new ideas: influencer drops, bridal preview campaigns, creator collabs, offline boosts Ideate seasonal lead magnets like “Free Bridal Consult”, “Book a Try-on” etc. -Coordination & Content Work with designers, social media, and showroom staff for campaign launches Help brief reels, hooks, and ad creatives for growth-led storytellingWho You Are 1–2 years experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in D2C or luxury fashion Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or basic CRM workflows Analytical + creative — someone who can look at ad stats and also write a solid caption Comfortable working with Canva, Framer, Webflow, or learning on the go Passion for jewellery, bridal fashion, and visual storytelling is a big bonus Based in Mumbai, open to a hybrid setup with Monday & Friday catch-ups at our boutiqueBonus Points ✨ Experience with luxury or bridal D2C brands ✨ Familiar with Doubletick, and other CRM, automation Tools. ✨ A small portfolio of campaigns you've helped run or optimize ✨ Curious about Instagram-first brand buildingWhat You'll Get Be part of a fast-growing luxury brand with deep creative roots Competitive fixed + performance-based pay Access to industry events, celeb shoots, and exclusive collections Autonomy, creative inputs, and space to build 0–1 things Wellness-friendly work culture, stylish office catch-ups, and lots of sparkle
