Trusted by 250+ enterprise customers, including GAP, Pfizer, and KPMG.We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead and support our Oracle Cloud initiatives. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet dynamic business needs while driving innovation and efficiency across the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM) modules in alignment with business requirements.2. Provide expert functional guidance and industry best practices across multiple SCM modules.3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional solutions.4. Contribute to end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.5. Recommend and drive process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and system utilization.6. Support user training, documentation, and issue resolution during and post implementation.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 3+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.3. Hands-on involvement in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.4. Strong domain knowledge and functional expertise in 2–3 SCM modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Maintenance, Costing , or Supply Chain Planning ).5. Proficiency in understanding business processes and mapping them to Oracle solutions.6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.7. Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
