Whom are we looking for: We are looking to onboard a creative conceptualizer, and video editor/motion graphic designer with their hands on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects with experienceYour contribution to the team: ● Conceptualize, design, and create visual effects and animations to enhance e-learning content. ● Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand the learning objectives and design appropriate visual effects. ● Develop and implement visual effects solutions using industry-standard software and tools. ● Ensure that visual effects are aligned with the overall design and style guidelines of the educational content. ● Work closely with graphic designers to integrate visual effects seamlessly into the e-learning materials. ● Optimize visual effects for performance and compatibility across various devices and platforms. ● Experience in motion graphics, ad shooting, and video ad editing. ● You’ll be responsible for creating video ads, reels, etc of the newly launched product. ● Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in visual effects and apply them creatively to enhance learning experiences.Our Ideal candidate should have:● Bachelor's degree in computer Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ● Proven experience as a Visual Effects Artist/ After Effects Artist in the e-learning, animation, or related industry. ● Proficiency in industry-standard visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects, or similar tools. ● Strong understanding of animation principles, compositing, motion graphics, and 2D/3D animation techniques. ● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ● Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members. ● A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in visual effects and animations is required. ● Preferably 1+ years of proven work experience as a Video Editor/Motion graphic designer
