Design and proposecustom AI + Workato automation solutionsthat align with client needs. Create and deliver engaging product demos and Proof-of-Concepts usingWorkato , showcasing agentic workflows powered byLLMs/GenAI . Work closely with product/engineering to scope implementation feasibility, effort estimates, and architectural options. Translate customer requirements into clear documentation, user flows, and integration specs. Support RFPs, solution proposals, and pre-sales technical documentation. Stay up to date on latest GenAI capabilities, Workato releases, and industry automation trends. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting roles. Hands-on experience withWorkatoor other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Tray.io, Zapier). Solid understanding ofAgentic AI concepts , such as autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, or GenAI-powered workflows. Experience in crafting customer demos and technical solution presentations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – for working with CXOs, tech teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
