About the Company One of our SaaS product based client is looking to hire a Founding Engineer (Frontend) for their team, it's going to be remote role.About the Role The Founding Engineer will be responsible for architecting and building high-quality, scalable web applications using React, collaborating with the founding team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy. Responsibilities Architect and build high-quality, scalable web applications using React. Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy. Design, implement, and maintain robust application architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSAlgo), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) to create efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Mentor and lead junior engineers, setting coding standards and best practices. Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Continuously improve and innovate on the existing codebase and development processes. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a core team member. Qualifications 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a major focus on ReactJS.Required Skills Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and component-driven development. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable architectures using HLD and LLD principles. Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Startup or early-stage company experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
