Job Title :Azure Platform Operations LeadJob Location: RemoteExperience: 5+ yearsJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure Platform Operations Lead to drive the development and management of platform operations services within our Azure team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Operations Management -Develop and implement platform operations services based on best practices - Define and implement SLAs and KPIs to measure service quality - Oversee daily Azure operations and ensure end-to-end operations meet SLAs and KPIs - Build knowledge base and SOPs, including implementation in ServiceNow - Manage on-call roster, holiday planning, and capacity assessments for operations engineersIncident Management -Ensure swift resolution of major and critical incidents - Conduct root cause analysis and implement actions to prevent recurrence - Monitor and improve performance metrics using ServiceNow dataCompliant Ways of Working and Processes -Build operations capabilities aligned with existing processes and best practices - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements - Coordinate with teams such as Network Operations, Security, and auditorsCollaboration & Support -Work closely with CCI operations team and ensure adherence to processes - Collaborate with Product Owner, Service Manager, and Scrum Master - Support and coordinate with internal and external teams globallyLeadership & Mentorship -Practice servant leadership mentality and support psychological safety initiatives - Support agile ways of working and build a good foundation for Azure Platform Operations - Mentor and support Azure operations engineersTools and Automation -Identify improvements to operations tools, processes, and automation - Collate improvement ideas and propose them to the product backlogMain Job Tasks: -Daily management of Azure Platform Operations - Plan and execute Azure Platform Operations developmentQualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Cloud or infrastructure operations - 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager - Strong knowledge of Cloud concepts and technologies (Azure) - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in verbal and written English - Certifications in ITIL and IAM are preferredPreferred Qualifications: -Experience in a regulated industry (pharma or banking) - Certifications in Azure, ITIL, and IAM
