Role Overview: We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Scan to BIM (Revit) Modelers to join our growing team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models from point cloud data using Revit. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable BIM models that support our clients' projects. This role requires a strong understanding of BIM principles, proficiency in Revit, and mandatory experience in point cloud processing. You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Scan to BIM workflows. You will be working on a variety of projects across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Convert point cloud data into accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Revit. Develop and maintain BIM models according to project specifications and standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success. Perform quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and best practices. Interpret and utilize architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Manage and organize BIM data effectively. Maintain clear communication with team members and project stakeholders. Adhere to company and project BIM standards and protocols. Process point cloud data using relevant software and techniques.Requirements Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or B.Arch. Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in Scan to BIM modeling. Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows. Mandatory experience in point cloud processing is required. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training: Preferably completed a BIM course from accredited training centers. Discipline Specific knowledge: Civil, Arch, or MEP discipline specific knowledge. Must have experience in Scan to BIM workflows. Candidates with no Scan to BIM experience are not preferred.
