You’ll work directly with the founder, designer, and AI engineering team — and help structure something real, clean, and scalable. What You'll Be DoingDesigning and maintaining high-performance backend APIs Powering systems for behavioral scoring, feedback loops, and user logic Working with Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and relevant APIs Collaborating with AI engineers to support real-time quantification logic Shipping clean, modular code with fast iteration What You Bring2–4 years of backend development experience Clear understanding of API design, data structures, and authentication Prior experience building and deploying systems (live or internal) Confidence with DB logic, server architecture, and scaling foundations Must be located in Bengaluru and available in person.Why This Role Matters This isn’t a backend role for a feature factory — this isinfrastructure for a new category of intelligence .
