Job DescriptionWe are looking for a focused and detail-orientedAccounts Receivable Executive (US Healthcare – Medical Billing process ) for bothfreshers and 1 year of experience.Candidate will be responsible for managing AR functions, following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving insurance denials, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-endAccounts Receivable (AR)processes for US healthcare clients. Performinsurance and patient follow-upon outstanding claims and balances. Analyze and resolveclaim denials, underpayments, and rejections . Ensure timely submission and tracking of claims to insurance payers. Maintain documentation for follow-ups, payments, and resolutions. Work closely with internal teams and clients to escalate unresolved issues. Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements.Requirements Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Freshers and1 year of experienceinUS Healthcare – Medical Billing , particularly inAccounts Receivable . Strong understanding ofRCM (Revenue Cycle Management)processes. Proficiency in usingmedical billing softwareandMS Office tools .
