The lead will ensure efficient data exchange processes, manage a team of support professionals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Primary Skill:EDI, IBM Sterling, GentranResponsibilities ● Lead and manage the EDI support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless data exchange. ● Oversee daily checks and maintenance of EDI systems using IBM Sterling integration to ensure optimal performance. ● Investigate and resolve complex EDI transaction failures, providing guidance and support to the team. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to EDI processes. ● Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and system performance. ● Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills ● Extensive experience with Gentran mapping and EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML. ● Experience in IBM Sterling integration ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. ● Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. ● Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills ● Familiarity with SAP integration processes and technologies. ● Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum. ● Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations. ● Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
