Full Stack Developer - Frontend Focused Position Overview We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React full lifecycle, voice engine technologies, and modern DevOps practices. This role combines frontend excellence with full-stack capabilities and infrastructure knowledge. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Build intuitive user interfaces with focus on user experience and accessibility using Tailwind CSS. Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Full Stack Development Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and third-party services Ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend components Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms Voice Engine Integration Work with voice recognition and speech synthesis technologies Integrate voice engines and conversational AI systems into web applications Develop voice-enabled interfaces and interactive voice applications Troubleshoot and optimize voice engine performance DevOps & Infrastructure Manage code repositories using Git and GitHub Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Deploy and manage applications on cloud platform Monitor application performance and implement scalability solutions Collaborate with infrastructure teams on cloud architecture decisionsRequired Qualifications Technical Skills Frontend : 3+ years of experience with React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 Voice Engines : Hands-on experience with voice recognition APIs, speech synthesis, or conversational AI platforms DevOps : Proficiency with Git & GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. Good to have knowledge on Unix focussed on bash shell scripting. Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of full-stack development experience Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong documentation and code review practices Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) Data Engineering Experience SQL Databases : PostgreSQL NoSQL Databases : MongoDB Data Processing : Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehousing concepts Bonus Additional Technical Skills TypeScript proficiency Knowledge of GraphQL and API design principles Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes,Podman) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Application Insights, ELK stack) Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed architecture.
