Part-Time Data Analyst Part-Time Data AnalystEmployment Type Contract (Part-Time,long-term )Work Schedule Around 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (flexible, async work possible)Compensation $8–10/hour depending on experience and performanceQualifications Required Expert-level proficiency in Amplitude (e.g. defining custom funnels, extracting insights, advanced dashboard) Able to independently implement event logs and fully own QA for tracking Autonomously analyze custom charts and funnels and extract insights on a daily basis Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyNice to Have Experience designing event schemas or logging plans Familiarity with consumer apps (dating, travel, or social) Experience working with early-stage teams and MVP-level dataKey Responsibilities 1. Product and Behavioral Data Analysis Deploy tracking events directly into the codebase (client-side or server-side) using analytics SDKs like Amplitude or GA4 Perform QA on implemented logs to ensure accuracy and completeness Build dashboards and charts in Amplitude to analyze user retention, engagement, and conversion across the funnel Identify product issues and opportunity areas through data-driven insights2. Experiment Design & A/B Testing Support design and analysis of feature/UX/content experiments Run basic statistical tests and write structured experiment reports3. Growth & Marketing Analytics Analyze traffic sources and conversion by acquisition channels Track performance of community/viral/content-based campaigns Understand and visualize the journey from awareness to conversion4. Growth Idea Development Define behavioral-based user segments Propose targeting strategies for specific user groups Contribute to prioritization of growth experiments with dataTools & Tech Stack Amplitude, GA4 SQL / Postgres Notion, Slack, FigmaAbout the Company We are a fast-moving early-stage startup building and testing multiple consumer products across dating, travel, and AI.
