FMCG/Offline Growth Lead - HealthTech Startup – (6-10 yrs)Responsibilities · The concerned person will be the sole custodian for all new customer onboarding in a particular region. The role will involve 70% of travelling around the region · Think critically about data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both acquisition and retention numbers. Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various key sales metrics like expense controls, revenue achievements from each region etc. Responsible for analyzing, structuring and solving select business problems. Drive targeted demand efforts across our sales segments. Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention & acquisition goals are metDesired Qualification· Minimum 6 years of experience of driving growth in a tech startup. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role is mandatory · Mandatory experience in FMCG sector · MBA / CA / Btech from IIT/IIM/ISB/CA/MDI will only be preferred. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. · Ability to deliver against short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
