If you understand treatment technologies and are motivated by solving complex problems for industrial, institutional, and municipal clients, this could be the role for you. As a vital member of our frontline sales team, you will work with a diverse product portfolio, including: Chlorine Dioxide Solutions Advanced Water Treatment Technologies Biological Solutions: Microbial Cultures & Enzymatic Blends Odour Control Systems Treatment Solutions for Lakes, Ponds, and CanalsKey Responsibilities Identify and Convert Opportunities: Seek and win new business across industrial, commercial, and municipal infrastructure sectors. Conduct Presentations & Assessments: Deliver technical presentations, perform on-site assessments, and provide product demonstrations to inform clients and consultants. Manage Sales Process: Handle both presales and post-sales activities—prepare proposals, set pricing, follow up with prospects, and coordinate technical solutions. Tender Management: Track and respond to government and private tenders; assist with documentation and submissions through GEM/eProcurement portals. Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate CRM records, generate weekly activity reports, and support regional campaigns and exhibitions.You’re a Good Fit If You Have A Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Science (Chemistry/Biotech). 2–4 years of solution-based B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment, chemicals, or environmental products. Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills. Practical experience with site visits, water audits, and diagnosing client requirements and challenges. Willingness to travel extensively and independently manage your own portfolio of leads and sales opportunities.Note - The Job profile requires working from Pune Office and working from Home is not an option. And the candidate must be staying in Pune currently.
