Your mission: turn first-time buyers into long-term power users.What you’ll ownOnboard & activate Guide new customers through sender ID / WhatsApp setup. Get their first campaign live within 24 hours. Drive adoption Watch usage dashboards; jump in when volumes dip. Teach best-practice templates, segmentation and API tricks. Guard customer health Flag at-risk accounts, coordinate with Support to fix issues fast. Run quick value reviews and share ROI numbers with clients. Lift retention & revenue Nudge timely recharges with WhatsApp or email prompts. Pass expansion leads to Sales TLs. Build playbooks Document checklists, mini-guides and WhatsApp message templates so the next CS hires ramp faster.What you bring1–2 yrs in Customer Success, Tech Support or Account Mgmt (B2B SaaS/CPaaS a plus). Clear talker inHindi & English —comfortable on phone, WhatsApp and email. Able to explain dashboards, templates and API basics to non-technical owners. Data curious: you like tracking activation %, usage trends, churn risks. Ownership mindset—see a gap, fix it, tell the team.What you’ll getDirect line to founders—your ideas shape product & process.
