We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our global IT team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and support the migration of files from local network shares worldwide to SharePoint Online and OneDrive. The ideal candidate will also handle second-level support for Microsoft 365-related incidents and service requests, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.What are you in for? You would be responsible to work on Microsoft 365 Collaboration services which includes Sharepoint, OneNote and OneDrive.Plan, coordinate, and execute file migrations from on-premises network shares to SharePoint Online and OneDrive using Microsoft and third-party tools. Collaborate with global teams to understand local requirements and ensure minimal disruption during migrations. Provide second-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from the first-level support team. Monitor service health and performance of Microsoft 365 services and proactively address issues. Assist in user training and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and best practices. Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure data governance and protection policies are followed. Co-ordinating with MS case created by Counterparts/Self. · Responsible for building and maintaining documentation and update Knowledge Base internally.
