We're an exciting new AI app development company based in India, inspired by game-changers like Epic Games but focused on building high-impact AI products. Our mission? To launch globally relevant AI apps per year, starting with innovative tools in productivity, education, and sales. We're bootstrapping with a lean team and aiming to solve real-world problems like sales inefficiencies through cutting-edge AI.As our first key hire, you'll own the end-to-end development of our AI product MVP, from AI voice logic to user dashboards and integrations. This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape the product from day one and help us scale to more use cases in sales automation.Key Responsibilities: Design and build the core AI calling engine using NLP and voice technologies (e.g., speech-to-text/TTS via APIs like Twilio or AssemblyAI). Develop a responsive frontend dashboard (React/Vue) for users to personalize the assistant (e.g., company-specific scripts, analytics). Implement backend services (Python/Node.js) for data handling, authentication, and real-time call processing. Integrate with popular CRMs and ERPs using APIs/webhooks to sync call data, leads, and insights. Collaborate on prototyping, testing, and iterating based on user feedback—aiming for an MVP launch in 4-8 weeks. Ensure ethical AI practices, scalability, and security from the start.What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML Proficiency in frontend (JavaScript frameworks like React), backend (Python/Flask/Django or Node.js), and databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL). Hands-on experience with AI for conversational agents, voice tech, and integrations (REST APIs, Zapier-like tools). Bonus: Prior work on sales tools, telephony systems, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, bootstrap environment with equity incentives. Based in India (Bengaluru/Hyderabad preferred, but remote OK).
