About The Company We are hiring a Fleet Coordinator for our UK client, here is a little about them in their own words: We are the largest independent provider of mobile servicing and repair in the UK. All our engineers are employed by the company (we do not use sub-contractors). We cover the whole of the UK, completing 3000 jobs a month. We work with all the Contract Hire and Leasing Companies and their end users like Amazon, Network Rail etc. We also look after approx. 9,500 Minibuses for schools, academies and universities doing 10 weekly safety inspections, taking them for class 5 Mot’s and doing servicing and repair work. We have a back office support team of 15 people in Adlington Cheshire, UK and to push us forward in our growth targets we are seeking to expand this team with additional remote support based in India.Role Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing: Scheduling jobs for technicians Optimising calendars for the technicians to drive efficiencies Handling customer queries via email, chat and phone Liaising with technicians to organise and deliver jobs for customers Liaising with vehicle driver/owner and customers to schedule jobs and ensure they are completed successfully Continually optimise our operational processes to drive our business forwardRequirements - What we’re looking for: Experienced scheduler - min. 2 years experience scheduling Excellent customer service skills - min. 2 years in customer facing roles Excellent attention to detail - having worked with CRM systems, updating customer and job data with meticulous accuracy Ability to work to deadlines Very strong communication skills, able to easily build rapport and relationships with UK customers and technicians IT literate - comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWork Schedule As the client is UK based, you will be required to work to UK daytime: Monday to Friday 13.30pm - 21.30pm IST (07.30am - 16.00pm GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return: Annual CTC: 6 - 7.5 lakh per year Fully remote role Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture which encourages your suggestions for improvement as we grow Full training and ongoing support An unparalleled opportunity to be a team member of the UK’s largest mobile servicing, maintenance and repair business
