The role will also involve regular communication with clients and candidates, and maintaining relationships to ensure successful placements and ongoing satisfaction.QualificationsOver 10 years of experience in sales recruitment. Looking for a leader who takes accountability and demonstrates strong professional etiquette. Must understand the critical importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Skilled in gathering requirements, managing accounts, and working closely with prime vendors and implementation partners. Basic understanding of data-driven decisions and tool ( PPT, excel and internal CRM tools ) Sales focus should be primarily in Java, Python, and Data-related technologies. Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in recruitment software and tools. Capable of working independently and remotely.
