We are seeking professionals from industry & academia who share our enthusiasm for the capabilities of our youth and recognize the imperative to educate them for sound career choices.Our mentors are passionate about their work, possess over 5 years of experience in any industry, and have a talent for effectively engaging with young school students. Each career conversation (webinar) spans 45 minutes, with 15 minutes dedicated to a dynamic question-and-answer session. The usual attendance in each session is over 300 students.Each session includes:1.Sharing Expertise : Offer insights into their professional journey, industry trends, and the skill set required in your field. 2.Inspiring Career Choices : Motivate students by sharing real-world experiences and success stories, helping them explore diverse career paths. 3.Addressing Queries : Engage in interactive discussions, responding to queries about their specific industry, career trajectories, and educational paths. 4.Offering Guidance : On skills development, educational choices, and practical steps students can take to pursue their chosen careers.We understand that our industry experts may not be up to date on certain areas, such as educational pathways, and we ensure that the moderator in their session addresses those questions either during or after the session.
