Company:Samanta Solutions Location: Remote (Preferably India or Philippines) Employment Type: Part-time / Freelance / Performance-Based Industry: Website Development | Digital Marketing | AI Automation | Energy Consulting Time Requirement: Available during Australia & USA business hoursAbout Us Samanta Solutions is a results-driven digital agency helping businesses in Australia, USA, and UK grow through:Website + Funnel Development Marketing & CRM Automation (AI-based) Power Plant and Energy Efficiency Consulting We're now hiring a hard-hitting Sales & Marketing Executive to take over cold outreach, especially cold calling — and generate qualified leads consistently.What You Will DO – Daily Cold Calling = Mandatory (Primary Duty) Make at least 50 cold calls per day to small businesses in Australia & USA Australia Time Zone: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM IST USA Time Zone: 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST (optional bonus calls) Use Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook Pages, Yellow Pages to find contact numbers Pitch our services directly: websites, automation, and lead systems Offer a free audit or short demo call and book them via CalendlyWhat Else You'll Handle Outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator (connection + follow-up) Join and engage in Facebook/WhatsApp groups to find prospects Pitch on job boards: Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, etc. Send personalized messages, video audits, or follow-ups via email/DM Keep accurate records in Google Sheets/CRM and track funnel stages Collaborate with the founder to improve scripts and offersSkills & Requirements Fluent English (must be comfortable cold calling strangers) Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or lead gen High-speed internet + good mic/headset Strong follow-up, tracking, and communication habits Self-managed: you find leads, call, pitch, follow up, close or book Bonus if you’ve used: Calendly, Apollo, Loom, WhatsApp Business, CRMsCompensation Base: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (depending on hours & experience) Bonus: ₹300–₹500 per qualified call booked Additional commission on closed deals Opportunity to grow into full-time sales or account manager roleApply ONLY If: You’re willing to make 50+ cold calls daily You can work in Australia/USA time zones (with breaks) You are proactive, organized, and not afraid to speak to strangers You want to earn based on results, not just tasksHow to Apply Apply directly through LinkedIn using the “Easy Apply” button on this post.Want to stand out?
