This role involvesrecruiting ,training , andenabling partnersto handle client interactions effectively and deliver consistent service experiences. You’ll also manage live job tracking, task assignment, and ensure timely execution.It’s a dynamic role perfect for someone with abackground in interior design , strong operational skills, and a passion for training and enabling others.Key Responsibilities:• Recruit and onboard freelance/partner interior designers and Vastu consultants • Train partners not just on tools and processes but also onclient handling and job management • Manage and maintain the internal job log, task assignments, and service timelines • Act as the go-to point of contact for service partners for any help or escalations • Support designers in aligning with brand tone, process, and client expectations • Maintain communication flow between designers and internal/client-facing teams • Provide regular check-ins, feedback, and improvement ideas for the design partner network • Explore and experiment with new ways tosource and onboard talent • Enable partner designers to work smarter by leveraging modern tools and AI platforms • Think solution-first, fix what’s broken, and always be looking for “what can be better"Key Skills:• Background inInterior Design, Architecture , or similar creative fields • Prior experience intraining, design coordination, or operations •Excellent organizational skills– you love order, clarity, and structure •Strong communicator– both for instruction and collaboration •Multitasker– can handle multiple jobs, partners, and timelines at once •Proactive & curious– looks for smarter ways to operate •AI-aware and adaptive– ready to work with tools that optimize design delivery •People enabler– knows how to bring the best out of others • Comfortable with tracking tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or CRMsNote:We arenot looking for highly experienced professionals or senior ops managers .
