The role is based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks will include managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, performing financial analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the preparation of tax returns.Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the banking sector Skill in performing bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions Excellent regulatory compliance knowledge and experience Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus
