You will lead the strategy and execution of branding, viral marketing, and user engagement initiatives, working closely with marketing, design, and product teams. Ideal for someone who can inspire and lead a creative team while driving data-backed decisions for brand growth in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and own thebrand strategy and positioning , ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints Coordinate with a cross-functional team of designers, content creators, and marketers to execute branding initiatives Conceptualize and deliverviral marketing campaignsthat drive user acquisition and retention Craft compelling narratives for fintech and Web3 users, translating technical concepts into relatable messaging Oversee social media, community engagement, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach Design and write engaging push notifications, in-app messages, and microcopy to delight users and encourage actions.
