Looking for Candidates who are currently IN Bangalore.We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong proficiency in the following areas:VMware: Extensive experience with vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Server, and virtual machine management. Knowledge of VMware's broader portfolio (e.g., vSAN, NSX) is a strong plus, especially in the context of Broadcom's recent VVF/VCF changes.Data Center Migration: Proven experience in planning and executing complex data center migrations, including physical-to-virtual conversions.NetApp Storage: Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP (specifically AFF and 7-mode platforms) for administration, configuration, and data migration.Storage Migration (to Zadara): While direct Zadara experience is a bonus, candidates must demonstrate strong foundational storage migration skills and a proven ability to adapt to new storage technologies quickly.General Infrastructure: Solid understanding of server hardware (preferably HP DL servers), networking concepts, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex infrastructure environments.
