Hi Everyone,We are hiring for Role: ZOHO CRM Location: PAN India Exp: 3 to 4 YearsNote: we need somebody who can join immediate / with in 20 days required PF is Mandatory Job Description: Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements on CRM processes Configure and customize ZOHO CRM system based on business needs Map out CRM processes and document system specifications Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues Perform quality assurance testing to ensure system functionality Assist with system upgrades and integration with other systems Monitor ZOHO CRM system and provide regular performance reports Incident and change management functions under production support. Proven work experience of 3 to 4 years as a ZOHO CRM Functional Consultant role. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Understanding of ZOHO CRM best practices and functionality Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of data analysis and reportingThanks, Himabindu
