You’ll work closely with a US-based manager and a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation.What you’ll do:Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues withGTD-5 switches(5+ years’ experience required) Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement Document internal processes and mentor other engineers Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotationWhat we’re looking for:At least 5 years’ hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting Experience with call processing and translations Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)Why join?100% remote role—work from anywhere in India Be part of a high-performing, global team that values innovation and growth Opportunity to support world-class clients and develop your career with industry leadersAre you ready to take your GTD-5 expertise to a truly global level?
