Job DescriptionWe’re hiring aJunior Back Office Executiveto support day-to-day operations at our company. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organized who can handle documentation, internal coordination, and backend processes. You’ll work closely with our field teams, vendors, and management to keep project operations running smoothly.This role isopen to fresherswho are comfortable working with spreadsheets, emails, and basic tools — training will be provided.Location:WFH Work Hours:Mon – Friday, US Business Hours Contact:career@ResponsibilitiesHandle documentation and data entry related to customer onboarding, installation status, and maintenance schedules Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, quotations, and invoices Coordinate with field teams for daily updates and escalate issues to management Track project timelines and assist in preparing status reports Manage internal files, Google Sheets, and basic email correspondence Support in scheduling service calls, follow-ups, and vendor coordination Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and well-organizedRequirementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Gmail, etc.) Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Ability to multitask and follow up consistently A basic understanding of how solar installation or field services work is a plus Freshers are welcome — training will be provided Bonus: Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, or CRM systemsWho We AreFounded in 2018, Webmark is a digital marketing agency and SaaS powerhouse with a growing portfolio of successful B2B ventures.
