Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in Performance Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven marketing strategies and possess a proven track record of successfully driving performance marketing initiatives. As the Senior Manager in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across various digital platforms.Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, paid social, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of campaign performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and expertise to drive team success. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, incorporating insights into strategic planning and execution.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
