We believe in putting people first while providing unrivaled service to both our consultants and clients.We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and highly organizedHR Managerto lead our Performance, Training & Development functions. This person will directly manage a team of two Performance Analysts responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance across all departments, including Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.This is a high-visibility role that requires strong HR fundamentals, comfort with process evaluation, and the ability to communicate clearly and directly with senior leadership across the globe. If you enjoy holding people accountable, uncovering process inefficiencies, and driving a culture of high performance, you'll thrive in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:Performance Oversight (50%, primary responsibility) Oversee day-to-day reporting on team and individual performance across the business Ensure timely identification and escalation of performance issues to Department Heads and Leadership Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through Serve as the final checkpoint for all performance-related escalations, patterns, and anomalies Training & Development (25%) Partner with department leaders to design training plans for new hires, document processes for future knowledge transfer, and assign performance improvement plans when needed Provide recommendations for coaching, training, or process improvements as evidenced by data and reporting provided by API Hold departments to implement and follow up on action plans General HR Support (25%) Serve as a floating HR partner for other team needs, as assigned Provide backup support to US and India HR Managers in the areas of employee relations, communication, and policy development Represent HR in cross-functional projects that require a performance lensREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required (Master’s strongly preferred) 8+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility 3+ years of US Staffing Industry experience 3+ years of people management experience; ability to delegate and hold others accountable Analytical, detail-obsessed, trustworthy with confidential data Proven ability and strong desire to foster a culture of accountability, continuous performance improvement, and process discipline.BENEFITS: Free Medical Insurance Meal & Stocked Pantry Competitive Compensation & Opportunity for Growth
