We offer end-to-end guidance to Ph.D. candidates, assisting them from entrance exam preparation to the successful completion of their doctorate.Job Details * Role: Team Leader – Admission Counselling * Department / Function: Counselling & Sales * Reporting To: Manager – Counselling & Sales * Work Type: Work from Office – Rotational Shift * Experience Required: 7-8 years • Monthly: 55K-65K CTC Plus Uncapped Incentives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership Role - Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth - Achieve monthly sales targets consistently - Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and executionRequirements - Proven sales leadership experience in the EdTech industry - Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans - Experience in managing and mentoring sales teamsTeam Leadership & Management * Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Counsellors to ensure high performance. * Train new Counsellors and provide continuous support to improve their efficiency.Sales & Revenue Growth * Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. * Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes.Performance Monitoring & Reporting * Track team performance using CRM and generate reports for management review. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.Training & Development * Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on products and sales techniques. * Provide coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience * Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Outbound Sales, with at least 4 year in a leadership role.Key Skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. * Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Application Process Interested candidates or referrals can share their CVs with: Hitesh Munjal HR Executive Phone: 9599039156 Email: recruitmentexec.hr@ Office Address: 408, 4th Floor, D Mall, Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi - 110085 Website: Enjoy the Best Job Experience with Us!
