Location can be Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad Need only max 1 month notice periodJob Requirements: 12-15 years of experience in Data Engineering & Analytics, with at least 3-5 years of deep Snowflake expertise. Experience in building Snowflake practice or capability teams. Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale Snowflake implementations Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, and data sharing Snowflake certifications needed (e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced) Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Snowflake utilities, ELT pipelines, and integration with BI/Analytics tools Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks Experience with complementary tools like DBT, Matillion, Fivetran, Azure/AWS/GCP Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement experience Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Understanding of broader cloud data ecosystem and trends Prior experience in consulting, IT services, or system integration environments Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and ability to mentor and inspire teams Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
