With a track record of successful projects, we are embarking on an exciting journey to build a large township that will redefine urban living.Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage all finishing activities post civil superstructure Inspect for defects in finishes, seepage, door frames, railings, etc. Ensure quality control of vendor-supplied materials Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) execution and site coordination Work closely with customer service teams to resolve client concerns Lead and manage large on-site execution teams across projectsExperience : Minimum15 yearsin the construction/real estate sector, especially in finishing supervision and project execution.
