Why We’re HiringWe’re looking for intelligent, entrepreneurial and self-driven B2B Sales Consultants to help sell our AI models to enterprise clients. You can continue with your full-time job while earning a fixed incentive and commission based on your sales efforts and meeting KPIs. What You’ll DoPrepare a database for cold outreach based on Ideal Customer Personas defined by company management. Create and run sales campaigns through multiple touchpoints like email, LinkedIn, Phone, and WhatsApp. Prepare customized pitches for each prospect based on company research, decision-maker research, pain point research, competition research, and potential objection research. Set appointments for demos, show demos, discuss integration/customization, send proposals, finalize the scope, and close deals. What We’re Looking For3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS. Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo.io. Ability to understand and explain our AI models to clients. Smart and capable of carrying out outcome-focused conversations with CXO-level executives in large companies. Superb written and spoken communication skills. Self-driven and hungry for results. CompensationUSDT 100 per month as a fixed incentive for sales efforts and meeting KPIs. 20% of revenue as commission in the first year and 10% recurring revenue every year. 10% of revenue as commission in the first year for low-touch (B2C) sales, if any.
