Guide junior team members through coaching, mentoring, and delegation. Modify behaviors to build strong professional relationships while maintaining high ethical standards. Stay current with industry trends and extract insights to deliver better outcomes. Support pre-sales or solutioning activities as needed. Functional Skills Required: In-depth experience inQuote-to-Cash / CRM-to-ERPcycle management. Expertise in Oracle CPQ modules: Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, Pricing Setups Document Designer, Reports, Advanced BML queries/formulas Understanding ofATO/PTO model configurationsand ERP fulfillment integrations. Familiarity withSalesforce/OSC/CRMintegration andABO functionality . Hands-on experience inat least 2 full-cycle Oracle CPQ implementations . Experience working inOnshore–Offshore delivery models . Ability to engage with customers to gather and understand requirements effectively. Technical Skills Required: Strong programming and scripting skills:HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX . Proficient inBML (BigMachines Language)– especially writing advanced BML codes. Experience withDocument Designerincluding usage ofXSL snippets . Knowledge ofABO package installation/modification . Web service integration expertise ( SOAP/REST ) with ERP/CRM systems. Experience inSalesforce integration . Proficiency in preparingtechnical designs, documents, and specifications .
