What you'll do: Take the lead in defining and designing solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for multi-organization deployments Work closely with the customer’s architecture team to set up reusable templates, security models, and best practices for governance Bring AI-first thinking into the mix – from using tools like Copilot to driving automation in development and testing Guide development and QA teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery Ensure DevOps readiness and contribute to code quality and delivery benchmarks Own the architectural planning, implementation, and customization of D365 solutions What we’re looking for: 10+ years of experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Strong understanding of modules like Sales, Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Service Experience working with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate Familiarity with integration into Finance and Operations modules is a plus Proficient in .NET, C#, and automation through Power Platform tools Exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-led QA practices Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across architecture teams If you enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where your ideas can make a real impact, let’s talk by applying for this role or leave me a ping.
