If you're someone who enjoys learning, solving, and connecting dots across industries and functions, this is a high-growth opportunity with no ceiling.Key Responsibilities Pipeline Building & Prospecting Identify, qualify, and maintain a healthy list of potential accounts in our key sectors Content & Communication Craft thoughtful, relevant messaging for outreach and LinkedIn/email campaigns Market & Account Research Stay updated with hiring trends, leadership movements, and trigger events using job boards, consulting groups, newsletters, etc. Relationship Building Cultivate early-stage relationships, and gradually grow into leading conversations with senior stakeholders Consultative Discovery Be a great listener - identify pain points and potential opportunities within target accounts Collaboration with Founders Work directly with leadership to co-develop strategy, iterate on what’s working, and evolve positioningWhat are we looking for A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do Strong verbal and written communication skills High ownership mindset - you see things through Someone with natural curiosity and the ability to dig deep into industries, businesses, and people Someone who wants to lead client conversations in the near future Bonus: Engineering/technical background (Sales, Mechanical, or Tech)Work Set-up Location:Mumbai-based, in-office 4 days a week (we believe in collaboration) Culture:Fast-moving, ownership-driven, high exposure Travel:Occasional travel for client meetings or events as required
