Job Title:Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience:6–9 Years Location:Remote Employment Type:Full-TimeJob Overview: We are seeking aTechno-Functional Consultantwith 6–9 years of in-depth experience in theMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem , with a strong focus onCustomer Insights - Data (CI-D) ,Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J) , andCRM (particularly D365 Customer Service) . The ideal candidate will bring a balanced blend of technical expertise and functional acumen to drive seamless integrations, optimize platform capabilities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires end-to-end ownership of solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder communication within enterprise-level environments.Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI-D and CI-J) and CRM-related initiatives. Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CRM. Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of CI-D and CI-J platforms to align with marketing, customer service, and sales objectives. Oversee integration with third-party platforms (e.g., CDPs, analytics tools, email platforms, etc.) and ensure data consistency and reliability. Work with APIs, data flows, Power Platform, and Logic Apps to extend and automate business processes. Drive and support CRM implementations, enhancements, and customer journey orchestration within D365. Troubleshoot issues across platforms and ensure best practices are followed in data governance and solution architecture. Provide training, documentation, and support to internal users and client teams. Stay current with evolving Dynamics 365 features and Microsoft cloud offerings.Required Skills & Experience: 6–9 years of overall experience inDynamics 365with proventechno-functional expertiseacross modules (especiallyCustomer Service ,Sales , andCustomer Insights ). Strong understanding ofDataverse , its schema, data flows, and integration capabilities. Hands-on experience withCustomer Insights - Data (CI-D)andJourneys (CI-J) , including real-world integration and deployment scenarios. Solid knowledge of CRM process flows, configuration, and customization. Familiarity withPower Platform ,Logic Apps ,Azure Data Factory , and API-based integration methods. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications inDynamics 365 Customer Insights ,Power Platform , orCRM modules . Prior experience withlarge-scale CRM or CDP implementations . Background in data privacy, governance, or compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
