We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeableGemology and Diamond Facultyto join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in gem identification and diamond grading, strong communication skills, and a flair for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting lab sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development.Key Responsibilities: TeachGemology(colored stones, synthetics, and treatments) /Diamond Grading(4Cs, certification standards, sorting techniques) to diploma and advanced-level students. Conduct hands-on lab sessions using gemological tools and equipment (e.g., microscope, refractometer, polariscope, loupe). Evaluate practical and theoretical student performance through assessments. Stay updated with global industry trends, treatments, and grading standards Provide academic and career guidance to students. Maintain lab instruments and ensure accurate handling of gemstones and diamonds. Contribute to course development, examination paper setting, and evaluation. Participate in institute events, exhibitions, and guest lecture programs.Required Qualifications: Graduate in Gemology / Diamond Grading from a recognized institute. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience in gemology or diamond sorting/grading. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Familiarity with digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, visualizers, digital microscopes, etc.)Preferred Attributes: A passion for mentoring and shaping young talent. Attention to detail, professionalism, and academic discipline.
