You Might Be: Already plugged into 30+ publishers and 30+ advertisers Known and trusted across different verticals Fluent in CPL, CPA, CPI, CPS — and can strike hybrid deals on a WhatsApp call Comfortable running both supply and demand ops — not just talking strategy but delivering results Obsessed with payouts, funnels, ROI, and daily fire-fighting Done with micromanagement and red tape — ready to run with full control More interested in equity and ownership than monthly salaries What You’ll Do Co-lead our affiliate partner network (both supply and demand) Activate high-value campaigns through your existing network Co-create our go-to-market strategy and monetization engine Co-build a revenue-first BD engine from scratch Represent The Growth Mantra/AFFLYNK across key industry circles, events, and communities Work directly with the founder to take AFFLYNK from zero to global What We Offer Equity & Ownership: Cofounder-level equity Autonomy: No micromanagement.
