You’ll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, map out workflows, and build robust automation systems.What you’ll do:Design and implement automations usingZapier, , GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. Build AI-powered workflows using tools like OpenAI, GPT agents, chatbots, phone agents and APIs. Integrate CRMs, eComm platforms, lead routing systems, and internal ops dashboards. Create scalable automation architectures for high-growth businesses. Collaborate closely with the founder and project team to improve systems.You’re a strong fit if you have...2–3 years experiencein automation (preferably agency or client-side). Proficiency withZapier, , GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zoho, etc . Ability to makeadvanced API calls , work with webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/JS). Experience inbusiness process automation and marketing operations . Strong sense ofownership , urgency, and attention to detail. A vibe that matches ourGen Z remote culture,you’re disciplined, humble, and a problem solver.Compensation & BenefitsSalary:₹50,000 – ₹65,000/month (with performance-based reviews every 6 months). Work Hours:We follow a5-day work week by default , but during high-volume project periods, we operate on aflexible 6-day rhythm(alternate Saturdays). Paid Time Off:14 days annually + all religious holidays. Overtime Pay:Any hours beyond 40/week are compensated based on your hourly rate.
